Our Investors

The following are eligible to invest:

• Private individuals investing directly or through SIPPs/SSAS
• On and Offshore trusts
• Individuals through Offshore bonds
• Institutions, pension funds and other savings organisations
• Companies

- Private individuals who wish to invest need to be certified as 'Professional Investors' or will need to invest through an FSA regulated party such as an IFA or Investment Manager.

- The minimum investment is £100,000 and multiples of £10,000 thereafter. Investors may authorise the Administrator to reinvest any distribution proceeds in further shares.

- In order to demonstrate their commitment to the Fund and align their interest with investors, the management team at Mayfair Capital has invested £150,000 in the Fund.
